Here’s how it works:

  1. Open your account and select a charity category. Categories include:
    • Animals
    • Children and Families
    • Environment
    • Food and Shelter
  2. Use your debit card for purchases.
  3. St. Mary’s Bank automatically donates $0.0603 per debit card purchase to your selected charity.

It’s that simple!

Children & Families

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Hampshire is a nonprofit that recruits, trains, and supports community volunteers to serve as advocates for children throughout the state who have experienced abuse or neglect. Since CASA was founded in 1989, they have given 10,000+ New Hampshire children a voice in District and Family courts and a chance at a brighter future.

The Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests (Forest Society) is a nationally accredited nonprofit land conservation organization, founded in 1901 to protect New Hampshire’s most important landscapes and promote the careful use of its renewable natural resources. The Forest Society conserves land integral to the quality of life in communities, including working forests that support the economy and purify our air and water; diverse habitat that supports native and transitory wildlife; and prime agricultural soils that grow our food. The Forest Society conducts ongoing programs in land protection, reservation stewardship, education, advocacy, and sustainable forestry.

The New Hampshire Food Bank serves as the only food bank in the state, working to provide nutritious food and resources to the hundreds of thousands of New Hampshire residents that are food insecure. The Food Bank supplies millions of pounds of food annually to more than 400 partner agencies, including food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, children’s programs, senior centers and more. In turn, these agencies provide hunger relief to those suffering from food insecurity throughout the state.

3. 603 Account: St. Mary’s Bank will donate $0.0603 to a non-profit per debit card purchase transaction. Maximum donation for each category is established each year and posted online at stmarysbank.com/603. The primary account owner will select the non-profit/category at time of account opening and may change it once per year. Donations will be made to the designated non-profit in the selected category in place at the time of payout. Beneficiary organizations are designated at the sole discretion of St. Mary’s Bank and posted online at www.stmarysbank.com/603. Donations are made by St. Mary’s Bank and not considered to be charitable donations by the account owners. $10 minimum balance required to open account. Avoid $2 monthly paper statement fee by enrolling in free eStatements.
